To guarantee the expected level of quality and food safety of the products, the Montalcino and Strevi cellars have analysis laboratories to follow each stage of production in detail, from the grapes to the finished product.
In addition to wine production, the hospitality sector is also characterised by a proposal of excellence thanks to Castello Banfi Wine Resort, the structure affiliated with Relais & Châteaux that includes the hotel ‘Il Borgo’ and the restaurants ‘La Taverna’ and ‘La Sala dei Grappoli’, the latter awarded 1 Michelin Star in 2020.
