In order to guarantee the expected quality and food safety of the products, the Montalcino and Strevi cellars have analysis laboratories to follow each stage of production in detail, from the grapes to the finished product.
In addition to wine production, the hospitality is characterised by a proposal of excellence, the quality is very high thanks to Castello Banfi Wine Resort the structure affiliated with Relais & Châteaux that includes thehotel 'Il Borgo and the restaurants 'La Taverna' and 'La Sala dei Grappoli', the latter awarded 1 Michelin Star in 2020.
