Events
In a natural setting of incomparable beauty combined with the charm of history, Castello Banfi is the ideal setting for exclusive and confidential corporate events.
Board meetings, incentive trips, strategy sessions, study groups, team building activities, in an environment of great elegance and refinement combined with the most modern and technological comforts. For meetings and gatherings, a theater-style room with stage, conference tables and various types of audiovisual support is available. Also, possible to arrange tasty coffee breaks or a welcome tasting for your guests.
The locations
Our facility offers a variety of settings where you can organize the different moments with your Guests, such as the ceremony, aperitifs and banquets. All areas are described and measured according to seating capacity for round tables of 11 seats each, with the exception of the Tavern and Friends' Room.
In case of bad weather, we can guarantee an alternative indoor solution for up to 90 seats, using the Captain's Room and the Guard Room, or up to 60 seats in the Tavern. Since you will have exclusive use of the Hotel, you can have musical entertainment outdoors or in the indoor spaces.

Sala del Capitano: in the wing of the castle dating back to the 13th century, between the stone walls it is possible to accommodate in one imperial table up to 40 guests or, in separate tables, up to 90 guests arranged in round tables.

This courtyard is perfect for an aperitif or casual dinner under the loggia for up to 40 people seated in round tables.

A banquet for up to 30 people seated in round tables or 18 with an imperial table can be held in this very versatile location.

This large space right in front of the castle walls is ideal for a dinner party for up to 66 people seated in round tables or up to 30 at a single imperial table.

This intimate location, across from La Taverna, is perfect for a seated outdoor dinner for up to 60 people in round tables or up to 30 people in a single imperial table. This is also an ideal place for a barbecue or brunch.

This indoor white rose garden, with a magnificent view of our vineyards, can be ideal for a reinforced aperitif or ceremony for up to 70 people.

This large garden overlooking our vineyards is perfect for a symbolic ceremony or cocktail reception.

On the second floor of the Castle, just above the Captain's Hall, it can be an ideal location for after-dinner music and cake cutting. (max. 60 people)

Our typical Tuscan-style restaurant can accommodate a maximum of 50 people for a seated lunch or dinner, arranged in square and rectangular tables, or up to 30 people at a single imperial table.

Located above La Taverna, overlooking the Castle, this room with a very intimate atmosphere can accommodate a maximum of 36 guests in round tables.
