THE 2025 VINTAGE
After a winter with particularly low rainfall, we had a spring with well-distributed rain that ensured a good water reserve. The weather pattern of the 2025 vintage was very varied, while managing to remain balanced. In general, however, there were no particularly impactful events, apart from the torrid heat in the first half of August (36/38°C) which led to the harvest being brought forward by about 7-8 days compared to last year. The storms of 17/18 August were providential, refreshing the air, lowering night-time temperatures and increasing the temperature range between day and night. The 2025 Moscato harvest began on 26 August, with perfectly healthy grapes, an excellent concentration of terpenic aromas and a good level of acid freshness.
