A cool and refreshing champagne, a faithful expression of the Maison's style.

Varieties
White grapes (Chardonnay 35%) and red grapes (Pinot Noir 35% and Pinot Meunier 30%) from a careful selection of no less than 20 different Crus.
Fermentation

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats. Then the 20 different Crus (from the vineyards of Cumières, Damery, Hautvillers and Verneuil) are blended together with part of the wines from the reserve (about 20% for each Cuvée). This is followed by a second alcoholic fermentation in the bottle and mousse taking.
