Coyam is made from a careful selection of grapes from our own vineyards in the Maipo and Colchagua valleys with maximum yields per hectare of 40-50 ql.

In French (75%) and American (25%) oak barrels for 12 months

Very deep ruby red colour.
Intense aromas of berry, cassis and berries combine with those of roasted black pepper. In the mouth it is characterised by great body, structure and personality.
The tannins are soft, ripe and very long lasting.
Ideal pairing with red meat, game and mature cheeses
