Coyam is made from a careful selection of grapes from our own vineyards in the Maipo and Colchagua valleys with maximum yields per hectare of 40-50 ql.

Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Merlot and Mourvedre
Fermentation

At 28-30°C in steel tanks 

Aging

In French (75%) and American (25%) oak barrels for 12 months
