Pinot Noir from Valle de Colchagua
Fermentation
In steel vats at controlled temperatures (16°), after which the wine rests on a bed of fine lees for a month. The wine then matures in steel vats for 4 months.
Aging
6 months. 10% in French oak
Winery of Knowledge
Purplish red in colour, the nose expresses aromas of berries, sweet vanilla and soft floral notes. On the palate it is a fruity wine with a velvety texture, medium structure and intense finish.
Ideal with fish and shellfish cooked with creamy sauces or butter. It also goes well with white meats such as chicken or turkey and as an aperitif served with ham. It is an excellent accompaniment for sushi.
