Banfi recognises the centrality of human resources for the company's development and growth and believes it is fundamental to guarantee the best working conditions to support well-being in the workplace. A commitment that led to the signing of the Urbino Charter, the document that sanctions the inalienable principles-values for the affirmation of the health and safety of people at work.
Urbino Charter
The Urbino Charter is a declaration of intent to promote the well-being of workers in the workplace. Drafted by the Olympus Observatory of the University of Urbino Carlo Bo and the Rubens Triva Foundation, it was officially presented in Bilbao on 2 March 2023.
On the occasion of the second edition of the International Festival of Health and Safety at Work held in Urbino from 21 to 23 June 2023, Banfi signed the Urbino Charter.
The human resources management process is developed with a view to ensuring that people are increasingly involved in the organisation. Personnel recruitment and placement, remuneration issues, attention to health and safety in the workplace and training represent essential elements in people's working lives. Finally, the definition of corporate welfare tools directs precise strategic choices on the evolution of the management approach in this area.
