A cuvèe with an aromatic and fruity style. A true revelation of harmony and fragrance.
Alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats. Tasting “cru par cru” followed by laboratory analysis. At the end of the blending of the 15 different Crus (from the vineyards of Cumières, Damery, Hautvillers and Verneuil) a small dose (12%) of red Cumières wine is added. This is followed by a second alcoholic fermentation in the bottle, presa di spuma.

The aroma is of strawberries, blackberries and cassis to which is added the sweetness of bergamot and rose petals. In the mouth the attack is of cooked plums and orange peel. Fresh and lively finish combined with good persistence in the mouth.
