Alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats. This is followed by a second alcoholic fermentation in the bottle, prise de mousse and horizontal aging for 6 years before traditional remuage on pupitre. Degorgement in small batches.

Deep gold in color, it is distinguished on the nose by iodized, saline aromas that gradually open to notes of honey and plum.
The palate shows fragrances of dried cherries, kirsch and dried fruit that give way to a lively and intense finish.Â
With its strong personality perfect for the aperitif, the Cuvée Royale Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature perfectly accompanies more structured dishes such as roasted St. Peter's fillet or, even, a tasty Cinta Senese.
