Winery of Knowledge
On the nose, it is a very complex wine that displays various nuances ranging from black fruits such as plums and blackberries - characteristic of our Colchagua Syrah - to graphite, cedar, spices such as cloves, and the refreshing notes of lavender and rosemary of our Carmenère and Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate offers a broad entry, with ripe tannins creating a good balance with its crisp acidity.
It goes well with beef Wellington and other red meats, such as lamb, smoked meats and game. It also goes well with roasted vegetables such as aubergines, red peppers and courgettes; spicy dishes with curries and fish such as tuna. It also goes well with blue cheeses, the classic Brie and Camembert.
