Varieties
100% Pinot Noir, harvested in Cumières in a historic parcel of the Maison, the Cote à Bras, which has been owned by the family since 1865.
Fermentation

Alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats. This is followed by a second alcoholic fermentation in the bottle, prise de mousse and horizontal aging for 6 years before traditional remuage on pupitre. Degorgement in small batches.

Dal colore di un oro carico, si contraddistingue al naso per aromi iodati, salini che si aprono progressivamente a note di miele e di prugna.
In bocca mostra fragranze di ciliegie secche, kirsch e frutta secca che lasciano spazio ad un finale vivace ed intenso. 


With its strong personality perfect for the aperitif, the Cuvée Royale Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature perfectly accompanies more structured dishes such as roasted St. Peter's fillet or, even, a tasty Cinta Senese.
