Varieties
100% Pinot Noir, harvested in Cumières in a historic parcel of the Maison, the Cote à Bras, which has been owned by the family since 1865.
Fermentation

Alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats. This is followed by a second alcoholic fermentation in the bottle, prise de mousse and horizontal aging for 6 years before traditional remuage on pupitre. Degorgement in small batches.
