Its appearance is elegant and golden. The refinement and delicacy of Chardonnay is expressed at first nose with discreet and elegant floral aromas. These aromas are joined by tangerine, orange and dried fruit. It has a nice complexity, the initial impact is firm and the tasting proceeds with fruity aromas, gourmand, slightly toasted notes and ends on a nice citrus persistence.


This wine will be a perfect match for dishes such as a grilled pigeon fillet accompanied by an emulsion of seasonal vegetables and toasted hazelnuts.
