Alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats, with a small "élevée" part in oak barrels.

On the nose, nutty aromas announce an elegant and complex wine. The boca opens with de flavors of ripe, juicy fruit and pears. This bouquet is joined by notes of lily blossom and lily of the valley with spicy and peppery flavors. Subtle and charming, the mouth reveals a beautiful length.
The 2014 cuvée Joséphine pairs perfectly with fresh, fruity dishes such as a carpaccio of Saint-Jacques or grilled langoustines.
A very interesting dialogue will open up when accom- mulated with meat, such as a pluma of Iberian mailae served with crispy vegetables.
