Aging

In 350 l French oak barriques and in 60-90 hl French oak casks for 12- 14 months. A bottle aging follows

Winery of Knowledge

Deep, elegant red with intense hints. Sweet notes of plum and blackberry jam on the nose are accompanied by hints of vanilla, coffee and tobacco. Powerful and soft structure, characterized by sweet and elegant tannins. Long and persistent finish.


Long aging wine perfect with soups, red and white meats.
