Winery of Knowledge

A wine with a complex bouquet that, starting with hints of plum and blackberry jam, is enriched with notes of vanilla, licorice and leather, resulting from aging. In the mouth it is balanced and persistent.

 

It goes perfectly with Tuscan dishes, such as tortelli with wild boar ragout or pici pasta with Aglione sauce.

Balanced and elegant wine The nose is complex and characterized by notes of plum jam and blackberries accompanied by tertiary hints of licorice, vanilla and leather. Excellent structure; long and persistent finish.


It goes perfectly with typical Tuscan dishes, such as tortelli with ragout or Peposo.

Winery of Knowledge

A wine with a complex aromatic baggage and a pleasantly soft structure. On the nose it releases typical aromas of cherry, plum and blackberry, accompanied by hints of licorice. The wide structure is well balanced by a good acidity. Great finish on the palate.


A wine that goes particularly well with meat dishes, typical of the Tuscan tradition.
