Mild straw yellow color, excellent fine and persistent perlage. Fragrant bouquet characterized by a pleasant hint of peach. In the mouth, the harmony between softness on the palate and acidity is appreciated.

 

Ideal as an aperitif, and intriguing and versatile throughout the meal. It goes well with cold cuts, fresh cheeses, white meats, fish, shellfish and pasta dishes.
