A thousand-year-old tradition that provides the bees with small shelters, the beehives, scattered around our estate, where the colonies produce the nectar that gives rise to a delicate variety of millefiori.
Description
Produced from the nectar of different species of flowers, millefiori is a multi-flower honey. It has a sweet and pleasant taste, can be white or reddish in color, dense with nuances that vary depending on the season and area of production. Wildflower is an excellent table honey particularly suitable for the preparation of home-made desserts but also in combination with mature or semi-mature cheeses.
