On Thursday 20 March, the breathtaking terrace of the Olimpo Roof Restaurant at the Hotel Bernini Bristol in Rome will host the magnificent wines of one of the most important and well-known Italian companies, a true industry leader in quality, research and innovation in wine production: Castello Banfi.
Resident chef Michele Simioli has researched seasonal delicacies and local products to create a refined assonance between food and wine. Rodolfo Maralli, the indefatigable sales & marketing director, has chosen and will personally narrate the most prestigious selection, that of Poggio alle Mura, both Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino.
