Accessibility Statement
Welcome to the Accessibility Section of Banfi Srl’s Website
This accessibility statement outlines the measures we have taken to make our website compliant with the new accessibility standards established by the regulations in force as of June 28, 2025, as well as our ongoing commitment to improving the experience for all users.
Accessibility Statement
Drafted pursuant to Legislative Decree of May 27, 2022, No. 82 – based on Decision (EU) 2018/1523
Banfi Srl is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Legislative Decree
of May 27, 2022, No. 82, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882.
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.banfi.it/
COMPLIANCE STATUS
Partially compliant
Despite our ongoing efforts to ensure the website is fully accessible, we declare partial compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 due to a disproportionate burden in terms of financial and organizational resources required to fully resolve certain issues.
Specifically, fully implementing all WCAG 2.2 success criteria for certain sections or functionalities would require financial and human resources that are currently unavailable or unsustainable, or would involve structural changes that could compromise operational continuity or existing technological stability. At this time, these constraints prevent us from eliminating all identified accessibility barriers.
This website is therefore partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 Level A standards, due to the non-conformities listed below.
NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The following content is not accessible for the reasons specified:
- The contrast of some orange text on buttons does not meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio;
- The contrast of some pink text does not meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio;
- Presence of text images with alternative descriptions that are not sufficiently descriptive;
- Partially correct HTML code;
- Some images may lack alternative text;
- Some elements may not properly communicate their function;
- The cookie modal may not be accessible;
- PDF documents may not be accessible.
COMMITMENT TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
We are committed to continuously improving the accessibility of our website. To this end, we will implement the following action
- Ongoing monitoring: We will regularly assess the accessibility status of the website, also in light of evolving technologies and regulations.
- Progressive improvements: We will implement ongoing improvements, prioritizing the most critical areas or those most used by users.
- User feedback: Feedback and suggestions from users regarding specific difficulties encountered will be carefully reviewed and will serve as a key reference for planning future accessibility enhancements. We encourage users to contact us through the dedicated feedback mechanism to report any accessibility issues.
Our goal is to provide an inclusive browsing experience for all users, and we are committed to progressively reducing barriers in line with the resources available and the strategic priorities of the organization.
