Sangiovese was vinified in white at low temperature (16-18°) in stainless steel tanks; Vermentino was fermented at low temperature (13-16°C) in stainless steel tanks

Aging

In stainless-steel tanks for around 2 months

Winery of Knowledge

A wine with pale pink hues, the typical red fruit notes of Sangiovese and the citrus and sage scents of Vermentino stand out on the nose. Fresh and with good persistence.


Delicious as an aperitif, it is perfect with light dishes of both meat and fish.

Pale straw yellow color, on the nose citrus and sage notes stand out. Lively and vibrant on the palate , it is sapid and fruity. 


It pairs very well with shellfish, fish dishes such as salmon tartare or grilled shrimp and fresh summer salads.

Winery of Knowledge

Straw yellow wine, with intense citrus and yellow peach hints accompanied by floral and sage notes. The full structure is well balanced by the freshness. Very persistent and fruity finish on the palate.


Very good pairing with fish-based dishes or vegetarian recipes. Perfect for an aperitif too.

Aging

In 225 and 350 l French oak barrels for about 10 months

Winery of Knowledge

Complex and intense aromas, characterized by hints of blueberry and jam, followed by notes of tobacco and cocoa. In the mouth it is soft, with sweet and elegant tannins. Long and persistent finish on the palate. Wine with very good agimg potential.


Thanks to the good structure and elegance that distinguish it, Aska goes perfectly with game dishes, aged cheese and cold-cut.
