Principalmente Sangiovese con un pequeño porcentaje de Vermentino.

Método de producción

La fermentación de ambos tipos de uva tiene lugar en cubas de acero. La sangiovese, después de un breve contacto con los hollejos, se vinifica en blanco a 16-18 °C; mientras que la fermentación de la vermentino tiene lugar a una temperatura de 13-16 °C. Para conservar la máxima frescura para ambos se evita la fermentación maloláctica y se continúa con el ensamblaje.


Color: rosa pálido.

Aroma: notas de frutos rojos típicos de la sangiovese combinadas con aromas cítricos y de la salvia de la vermentino.

Sabor: fresco y persistente en boca.

Un elegante y refinado rosado que proviene del encuentro de la Sangiovese de Montalcino y la Vermentino de la costa. Combinación perfecta entre la intensidad y la estructura de la uva principal de nuestro territorio y la vivacidad de la vermentino, es fragante, completo y fácil de beber.

Delicioso para el aperitivo, marida muy bien con comidas ligeras de carnes blancas y platos a base de pescado.
