The Bottle and Glass Museum, is named after Giovanni F. Mariani, is located inside the fourteenth-century Castle of Poggio alle Mura, now known as Castello Banfi.<\/p>

Under the north wing of Banfi Castle is the long, atmospheric Balsameria, which very much resembles a miniature wine cellar. This is the place, carved out of the castle's old storerooms, where our precious Etruscan Balsamic Dressing is born and evolves.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
