With the Limited Edition 2025, La Pettegola turns into a Queen. The artist Elisa Seitzinger, presents an illustration in which the Gossip Queen and her inseparable little bird are the protagonists of a unique tale in a realm of extremely rare elegance and precious creativity. The faithful little bird whispering secrets into the ear of his queen, with a hint of complicity and lightness, represents the symbol and soul of this Vermentino by Banfi
"The iconography of the queen is inspired by a historical figure, Queen Isabella of Aragon,, a.k.a. St. Elizabeth of Portugal, the patron saint of winemakers because of her involvement in wine production. I then added a halo behind her profile, which can be simply interpreted as a full moon in a starry sky if desired. Our queen reigns over the Tuscan coast, where fields of sunflowers grow, flowers that have always been the symbol of joie de vivre and cheerfulness." This is how the artist presents the signature label she designed for theeighth limited edition of La Pettegola.
