Sweet sparkling wine with light ruby red nuances with a lively and persistent perlage. Both at the nose and in the mouth, all the aromatic peculiarities of the vine are best expressed; intense aromas of Bulgarian rose and berries accompanied by a sweet aftertaste balanced by a good acidity.

 

Perfect dessert wine paired fresh strawberries, fruit salads, fruit pies and small pastries.

Straw yellow color with brilliant golden hues, very fine and persistent perlage. Intense bouquet initially characterized by hints of candied citrus peel that then evolve into aromas of brioche, dried fruit and vanilla. An austere and elegant wine, which stands out for its distinct flavor and remarkable persistence.


A wine with great structure, suitable for pairing with fish dishes, both raw and cooked, with complex preparations and elegant but decisive flavors.

In the bottle according to the Metodo Classico with permanence on the lees for at least 30 months.

Winery of Knowledge

Straw yellow colour, very fine and persistent perlage. A floral bouquet evolves into more complex notes reminiscent of toasted hazelnuts and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it has an excellent structure, well balanced by good acidity. Creamy, fresh and pleasant finish.


Ideal as an aperitif; perfect with oysters, raw and cooked seafood and shellfish.
