An innovative project for Brunello di Montalcino leading producer which, thanks to the Banfi Experience app, offers an immersive virtual experience into the Banfi world.

Banfi, the leading producer of Brunello di Montalcino, has decided to explore the world of augmented reality, offering an immersive virtual experience into the Banfi world. Something unique, which allows to put at smartphone the entire company's experience, breaking down the distance with its customers who can visit the vineyards and the winery from their home. All this is possible thanks to a unique app: the Banfi Experience.

The experiences the users can enjoy are many and all very immersive: a journey that goes from the vineyards to the winery, the harvesting and selection of the grapes, and much more. This is possible both with the simple use of smartphones and by using specific cardboard, thanks to which the moment will be even more accurate.

The same experiences will also be available to the many visitors to the estate with an innovative tour, which combines the real experience with virtual content—a new way of experiencing Banfi and discovering it in a completely different way. By framing the markers placed in different areas, the visitors will see the scene comes to life on their smartphones and will experience, for example, the magical moments of the harvest at any time of the year.

With Banfi Experience, the company already could experience the augmented reality giving life to the labels of La Pettegola Limited Edition 2020 (designed by Riccardo Guasco) and 2021 (designed by Elena Salmistraro). The illustration comes alive on the user's screen by framing the bottle label with the app, creating an interactive and fascinating experience.

Lastly, to make the Banfi Experience even more complete, multisensory, and feel the Banfi mood, the app allows direct access to the Spotify playlist "Play the Banfi Experience".

The Banfi Experience is available for Android on the Play Store and iOS on the Apple Store.
