Method of production

The grape must, stored in the refrigerator, is placed in stainless steel tanks and heated to 16° C, then it is added of selected yeasts. The fermentation happens in stainless still tanks at controlled temperature until almost complete exhaustion of sugars. The stop of fermentation by lowering the temperature at 0° occurs when the content of natural sugar reaches about 6-10 gr / lt. Immediate filtration and addition of liquer d’espedition follows in order to obtain the right harmony to the palate with a content of about 17 gr/lt of residual sugar.


Color: pale straw yellow.

Perlage: excellent, fine and persistent.

Bouquet: intense, fragrant and fruity with hints of white flowers, citrus fruits, exotic fruits and delicate sage.

Taste: smooth, harmonic and creamy, with good balance between acidity and roundness.

To the nose comes a delicate and persistent bouquet of great finesse and harmony. To the mouth it results pleasingly fresh, full and velvety, with typical White Moscato flowers and citrus hints. Beside our historic Asti Spumante Dolce, we have completed the range with a fresh, delicately dry, aromatic and balanced version.
